Georgia Marine to be buried in Tennessee
 

ATLANTA — A funeral is scheduled Saturday in Nashville for a 22-year-old Marine corporal from Roswell, Ga., who died this month in Iraq.

The Department of Defense said Richard O. Quill III died Feb. 1 in Al Anbar province of a "non-hostile cause," but released no other details.

The department said Quill was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, 1 Marine Expeditionary Force at Camp Pendleton, Calif.

Quill was a graduate of Roswell High School. He was on his second tour of Iraq.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. today at the Calvary Assembly of God on Chamblee-Dunwoody Road. Quill, who has family in Tennessee, is to be buried Saturday following a 1 p.m. funeral at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home in Nashville.
